The customer has the right to return the service and get a full refund if the service provided has not been used. The refund request must be made within a period not exceeding three (3) days from the date of issuance of the invoice. To submit a refund request, the customer must submit the original invoice as proof of purchase. The refund request will be checked to ensure that the service has not been used before approving the refund. Service Benefit Policy: The customer has the right to benefit from the service provided to him within a period not exceeding three (3) months from the date of issuance of the invoice. After the expiry of the three months, the customer will not be able to claim the service or refund the amount paid. The customer must inform the company of his desire to benefit from the service before the expiration of the validity period. General Terms: This policy applies to all customers without exception. The request for a refund or benefit from the service must be in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned above. The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
