Who cannot participate?
Participation is not permitted in the following cases:
Pregnancy.
Abdominal, umbilical or inguinal hernia.
After recent abdominal or pelvic surgeries.
After birth until the doctor's approval is obtained.
Heart disease or unstable breathing problems.
Uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Glaucoma, or conditions in which holding one's breath or increasing pressure inside the body is prohibited.
Menstrual cycle during heavy days
