6 Days before the event date
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour, with a full refund.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
In case of no-show, the booking amount is non-refundable.
If the customer arrives late for the tour, the booking may be considered cancelled without a refund, depending on the possibility of accommodating the customer within the scheduled program.
If the tour is cancelled by the service provider due to circumstances beyond their control, such as adverse weather conditions or safety-related reasons, the customer may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
Any additional fees or services paid for separately and not included in the basic booking price are subject to their own refund and cancellation terms.
