NO refound Cancellation or Rescheduling by Taleed Due to Emergency Circumstances Taleed reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel an experience in the event of emergency or exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Weather conditions that may affect guest safety or the ability to operate the experience. Natural disasters, war, or other emergency or force majeure events. Unexpected closures or access restrictions affecting Historic Jeddah or any location included in the experience itinerary. Official instructions, regulations, or decisions that prevent the experience from taking place as scheduled. If the experience cannot be operated due to any of these circumstances, guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and will be offered one of the following options: Reschedule the experience to another available date in coordination with the guest. Receive a full refund of the amount paid if the experience is cancelled and rescheduling is not possible or the guest does not wish to reschedule. No additional cancellation fees will be charged to the guest in these circumstances. Customer Cancellation Policy If the customer cancels the booking, all payments made are non-refundable. This policy also applies to cancellations for personal reasons, no-shows, or late arrival that prevents the experience from taking place as scheduled. Guests are kindly requested to confirm the date, time, and all booking details before completing payment.
