Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. Requests to change the tour date are subject to availability. If the tour is cancelled by the service provider due to circumstances beyond their control, guests may be offered an alternative date or a full refund, in accordance with the booking terms.
