Overview
- Day 1- 06:00: • Arrival in Kathmandu, airport pick up. • Hotel check in, walk around Thamel. • Buy some missing gear for the trek. • Welcome dinner with group introductions and trek briefing. Activities: • Learn a few Nepalese words. • Shopping.
- Day 2- 06:00: • 6 hour scenic Jeep ride. • 5 hours hike to our first tea house at the Cheese Factory. • Enjoy views and acclimatize to the altitude. Activities: • Psychedelic Breathing session. • Stretching.
- Day 3- 06:00: • 4 hour hike to Lauribinayak. • Tea house stay and acclimatization. • Breathtaking mountain views. • Activities: Sadhu Board and breathing to adjust to altitude. Activities: • Ho’oponopono session. • Sufi Breathing, Sadhu Board. • Visit farm.
- Day 4- 06:00: • 5-hour hike to Gosainkunda. • Cold dip/swim in the sacred lake. • Enjoy incredible views and serene surroundings. Activities: • Ice cold dip, recovery session • Sadhu Board, Wim Hof breathing.
- Day 5- 06:00: • 4–5 hour hike, reaching the highest point (4,570m). • Stunning landscapes and snow-capped peaks. • Tea house stay at Gopte. Activities: • Sadhu Board. • Holotropic Breathing and Cold Plunge. • Stretching.
- Day 6- 06:00: • 5–6 hour descent to Tharepati. • Last night in a tea house. • Reflect on the journey so far. Activities: • Sadhu Board and Sufi and Fire Breathing. • Rock towering.
- Day 7- 06:00: • Morning hike to Kutumgsang. • 5–6 hour Jeep ride back to Kathmandu. • Farewell dinner and hotel check-in. • Optional: Explore Kathmandu’s nightlife. Activities: • Souvenirs shopping. • Temple visit.
- Day 8- 06:00: • Morning visit to Bhaktapur (time permitting). • Return flights or optional extensions.
- Accommodation in hotels (individual) & tea houses (shared).
- Meals (incl. welcome and farewell dinners).
- Guided Sadhu Board & breathing sessions.
- Transport (Jeep rides).
- Trek permits, government and national park fees.
- Flights to/from Kathmandu.
