Refunds are only permitted if requested at least one day prior to the event start time. Your booking can be canceled with a 100% guaranteed refund if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. General Terms - Horse/Camel Riding Activity in the Safari Zone & at the Grass Field To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please take a moment to review these general terms: 1. Participants must be 7 years of age or older. A Companion is required for all participants between 7 and 14 years old. 2. Participants must be in good health and free from chronic illnesses or injuries that may prevent riding. 3. The participant's weight must not exceed 100 kg. 4. Helmet use is mandatory; if not worn, responsibility lies with the rider Agreed to Wear Helmet ☐ Not agreed ☐ 5. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. 6. Tour guides are familiar with the area and any potential hazards. Staying with the group helps prevent you from getting lost or encountering unsafe situations. 7. You are welcome to use your mobile phone or camera during the ride. However, management is not responsible for any damage or loss to your device. 8. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific horse, as they may be out in the field or require rest. 9. Cantering or Galloping requires prior authorization from the supervisor and only at designated areas. 10. If you finish early due to riding at faster paces, the ride is still considered concluded. 11. Harassing or scaring the animals - whether horses, camels, or any other creatures within the safari - is strictly forbidden. 12. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see all animals at the Safari Park. Animals retain natural behaviors. They may be resting, hiding, foraging in different areas, or simply not visible at all times. 13. Loud noises, running, or throwing objects within the safari area are not allowed. 14. Starting later than your scheduled time will result in reduced riding duration. 15. Full compliance with the instructions of guides and supervisors before and during the activity is required. 16. Participants bear full responsibility for any violation of the rules or any damage caused. 17. The company reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who does not follow the rules, with no obligation to refund any paid fees.
