Workshop fees are refundable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • You may reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance, provided the new workshop is of equal value. • Payment installment options are available via Tabby and Tamara. For pottery workshops: • The firing process takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks. • Finished pottery pieces must be collected within 3 weeks after firing. • If the piece is not collected within this timeframe, Synergy Art Hub reserves the right to dispose of it without prior notice
