Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time: 100% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time: non-refundable. • No-shows and late arrivals that miss the booked slot are non-refundable. For refunds, please contact webook customer support, as all payments are processed through the webook platform. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. To reschedule your booking, please contact NoWayOut directly before the 48-hour deadline. In the rare case that NoWayOut needs to postpone a session, you will be offered a new time slot.
