Cancellation & Refund Policy: -All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. -Once a ticket is purchased, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. -This policy applies to all ticket types, including General Entry and VIP tickets. -In case of late arrival, missed entry time, or no-show, the ticket will be considered used and is not eligible for refund. -In the event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather conditions (e.g., rain) or other force majeure events, no refunds will be issued. -If the event is cancelled due to such circumstances, the ticket may be valid for entry on the following Saturday, subject to availability and operational confirmation. -If the cancellation occurs on the final Saturday of the season, the ticket will be considered void and no refund or replacement will be provided. -By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
