Cancellation & Refund Policy All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a ticket is purchased, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all ticket types, including General Entry and VIP tickets. In case of late arrival, missed entry time, or no-show, the ticket will be considered used and is not eligible for refund. In the event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather conditions (e.g., rain) or other force majeure events, no refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled due to such circumstances, the ticket may be valid for entry on the following Saturday, subject to availability and operational confirmation. If the cancellation occurs on the final Saturday of the season, the ticket will be considered void and no refund or replacement will be provided. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
