The yoga classes also have a sound bath experience. In these 30 minutes, participants will be showered with crystal bowls sounds that can lead into a deep state of relaxation and grounding. In that state of relaxation our body and mind can take a break, recharge, find solutions, and rest.



As hearing is connected to our own voice, we will end the class with gentle melodies and humming, by our own voices as they are proved to lower anxiety and release the happy chemicals in our brain.
