- It is not allowed to modify the reservation, refund or exchange less than 24 hours from the start of the trip - It is allowed to postpone the trip for a period of not less than 48 hours from the start of the trip, provided that the postponed ticket is used within a maximum of two weeks. - It is allowed to refund the ticket for a period of not less than 48 hours from the start of the trip, provided that the refund is made within (7-14) working days. - If the trip is canceled by the organizing conpany, the full amount will be returned to the customer. - If the trip is canceled for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of equivalent services or a full refund.
