Youth Course | Dinghy Stage 1

1. By purchasing a ticket or booking, the participant agrees to follow the organiser’s terms and any venue, safety or instructor directions issued before or during the activity. 2. Bookings are non-refundable except where the organiser cancels, postpones or materially changes the activity. 3. Missed sessions, no-shows or unused bookings cannot be rearranged, refunded or carried forward unless the organiser confirms otherwise in writing. 4. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the briefing or on-water activity has started. 5. If the organiser cancels, postpones or changes the date, the booking value will be refunded to the provider e-wallet / payment channel in line with platform policy. 6. Participants are responsible for checking the date, time, location, age requirements and arrival instructions. Early arrival is recommended. 7. By attending, participants consent to reasonable photography, video and audio capture for event and marketing use by the organiser and venue unless they notify the organiser in advance. 8. The organiser accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for injury, illness or death, except to the extent caused by the organiser’s negligence or as otherwise required by law. 9. Tickets or bookings may not be resold or transferred unless the organiser and platform expressly allow this. 10. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or in breach of venue rules. 11. For programme-based activities, certificates, logbook updates or progression sign-offs are awarded only where the required standard is achieved.
