ASM Lagoon Cruise Trip

The guest shall be bound by these terms and conditions when the ticket is issued, used, or attempted to be used, and to comply with other terms and conditions and restrictions of the organizer before or during the tour: • You cannot participate if you: o Are under the age of 16 and have not presented a written & signed parental consent or a legal guardian. o Are pregnant. o Are affected by medicine, drugs, or alcohol. o Have a medical condition that may affect you. • This event/activity will not operate in weather conditions that the 17SIXTY Safety team deem to be a risk for its participants (Wind limit 14 knots - Wave limit 1 meter). • The guest shall arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of the tour having registered. • The guest shall commit to always wearing a mask, and to follow the precautionary measures approved by the authorities. • The guest shall sit in the seat advised by the organizers team. • No food or beverages allowed inside the vessel. • The guest will be responsible for all their belongings including and not limited to cameras, smart phones, sunglasses, jewelry, or any personal belongings and shall not hold the organizer or any member of their team responsible for the loss of any of their belongings. • The guest is responsible for the verification of the date, time, place and the age requirement, and the ticket holder must arrive early at the location of the event. • Any medical conditions must be disclosed to a member of the 17SIXTY team before departure. We are capable of accommodating those in wheelchairs, however the team must be notified 48hrs in advance. • 17SIXTY has the right to refuse late entry. • All prices include value added tax VAT. • The prices do not include the Parking and Valet Service. • Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited. •Policies for refunding/rescheduling Experiences, Trips, and Water Activities: -The customer has the right to request a refund for the amount paid when booking Experiences/Trips/Water Activities 48 hours prior to the participation date. -The amount will be refunded in a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of submitting the refund request. -If the reservation is made within 48 hours or less from the start date of the activity/event/trip, the reservation is non-refundable. -If the Experiences/Trips/Water Activities booked is canceled due to weather conditions or any unavoidable circumstances, the customer has the right to reschedule the trip or request a refund within a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of participation. -If a refund is requested, and payment is made via Visa or MasterCard, the full amount minus bank fees will be refunded to the customer.
