All confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If a guest is unable to attend the scheduled experience, the booking may be rescheduled to a future date, subject to availability and mutual agreement between both parties, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience. Any cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience will not be eligible for rescheduling or compensation, and the booking will be considered fully used. Compensation is limited to rescheduling the experience only. No full or partial refunds will be issued for confirmed bookings.
