Hotel Reservations: The hotel cancellation and refund policy will be applied in the event of a hotel reservation. Tour bookings: If the cancellation request is made 5 days before the trip, it will be free of charge. If the cancellation request is made two days before the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be deducted. If the cancellation request is made 1 day before the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be deducted.
