Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our group members, we follow a structured cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 5 days before the trip: Full refund will be issued (minus any applicable bank processing fees).
Cancellation within 5 days or less of the trip:
The booking becomes non-refundable as all arrangements (transportation, accommodation, and permits) are finalized.
Alternative: You may transfer your seat to another person after notifying us at least 48 hours before departure.
If the trip is cancelled by the organizer: Participants will receive a 100% refund or can choose to join a future trip.
