Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation from booking time to 5 days prior: * The customer can reschedule to another date (as available) with no penalty. * Or the customer can receive a 70% refund (30% deduction). 2. Cancellation less than 5 days prior: * The customer can reschedule to another date with no penalty. * Or the customer can receive a 50% refund (50% deduction). 3. Cancellation less than 48 hours from check-in: * Full amount is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
