Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be able to participate in the session and the booking may be considered a no-show. In the unlikely event that the experience is cancelled or rescheduled by Living in Wonderland, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
