We appreciate your understanding as unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, here are the details of our cancellation and refund policy for our "Ramadan Al-Dahna" trip:
If you decide to cancel the trip at least 7 days prior to its scheduled date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
In the case of cancellation within a period of less than 7 days before the start date of the trip, cancellation fees may be deducted based on the costs of prior arrangements and our financial commitments.
Please note that in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, such as medical emergencies or adverse weather conditions, we will make every effort to find flexible and reasonable solutions.
