Cancellation or Rescheduling of Events Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours prior to the event date and receive a 100% refund. If you wish to reschedule your booking within the last 24 hours before the originally scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of 49 Euros will apply. The same rescheduling fee will also be charged if you miss the originally booked session and wish to reschedule. Weather Conditions Policy The organizer reserves the right to postpone the session by up to 90 minutes in the event of unfavorable weather conditions. Please note that this delay is not considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued. If the Dinner in the Sky experience must be canceled due to severe weather conditions, customers who have purchased weather insurance will receive a full refund within 21 days. Customers without weather insurance will receive a voucher equal to the original booking value, which can be used within the current event duration. Weather Insurance We recommend that visitors or tourists staying in Marrakech for a limited time purchase weather insurance. In the event of a session cancellation by the organizer due to unfavorable weather conditions, the following applies: With weather insurance: The buyer will receive a full refund. Without weather insurance: The buyer will be issued a voucher of equal value, redeemable within the ongoing event period.
