This will allow us to accommodate other guests and offer a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: You are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour. Changes to your booking: If you need to modify your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or reschedule your tour at no additional cost.
