Cancellation before the program starts: You may cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Cancellation after the program starts: Refunds are not available after the program has started. However, the paid amount can be transferred as credit for future programs. No-shows: If the child does not attend without prior notice, the booking will be considered consumed and non-refundable. Cancellation by Fastrack: If the program is cancelled by Fastrack for any reason, the full amount will be refunded or rescheduled as per the parent's request. Refund process: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
