We value our customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided that no session has been attended and no content has been accessed. Once the training program has started or any online session has been attended, refund requests will not be accepted. If the customer is unable to attend, the booking may be transferred to another person, subject to prior notification and approval. In case the program is cancelled by the organizer, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
