We are committed to delivering the highest quality of service. Accordingly, the following cancellation and refund policy has been established to ensure fairness for all parties: 1. Cancellation Before the Start of the Package: Clients may cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to the first session and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee equivalent to one session as an administrative charge. 2. After the Start of the Package: Full refunds are not permitted once the sessions have commenced. Refunds may be issued for unused sessions only, after deducting the cost of attended sessions and any applicable administrative fees. 3. No-Show or Late Arrival: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in the session being counted as used. Rescheduling is permitted if the client notifies us at least 12 hours in advance. 4. Cancellation by the Center: If a session is canceled by the center, an alternative session will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. 5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original method of payment.
