  - 09:00: - Warm welcome at reception and completion of a quick health report. - EMS Dry Wear will be provided. - Body Composition Analysis Conducted by the personal trainer to assess fitness and wellness levels. - EMS Suit Preparation assisted fitting of the EMS suit to ensure comfort and safety. - A full-body EMS workout tailored to your fitness goals, guided by your personal trainer. - Use of Shower Facilities freshen up after your EMS session. - Relax and unwind with full access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and relaxation area, enjoying a healthy juice - Complete your session with a calming dry water massage to relieve any tension. - Your trainer reviews your report with you. Note: Please arrive 10 minutes early.
