Hala Yalla is the super app to book fun, sports and wellness activities and experiences.

We take reasonable care in providing our platform with the best activities and experience and things to do around you, but we can’t guarantee that everything on it is accurate (we get information from the Service Providers). To the extent permitted by law, we can’t be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions, or any missing bits of information - although we will do everything we can to correct/fix them as soon as we can.

Our platform is not a recommendation or endorsement of any Service Provider or its products, services, facilities, vehicles, etc. We’re not a party to the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Experience.

Cancellation policies

If you cancel a Booking or don’t show up, any cancellation fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider’s cancellation policy.

Some Bookings can’t be canceled for free, while others can only be canceled for free before a deadline.

If you think you're not going to arrive on time, please contact your Service Provider and tell them when they can expect you, so they don't cancel your Booking. If you’re late, we are not liable for the consequences (e.g. the cancellation of your Booking, or any fees the Service Provider may charge).

Customer obligations & rights

To make a Booking, you may need to create an Account. Please make sure all your info (including payment and contact details) is correct and up to date, or you might find you can’t access your booked Experience(s).

You’re responsible for anything that happens with your Account, so please don’t let anyone else use it, and please keep your username and password secret.

Hala Yalla obligations & rights

We provide the platform on which Service Providers can promote and sell their experiences and tickets – and you can search for, compare and book experiences.

We don’t guarantee the precise details you’re booking unless we expressly say so. The service details and scope is the service provider’s responsibility.

We’re not responsible and liable for any picture uploaded to our platform, we’re allowed to remove any picture upon our discretion (for instance, if we detect that a picture does not meet our criteria or violates the ethical or country regulations).

Intellectual properties

Unless otherwise stated, all rights in our platform (technology, content, trademarks, look & feel, etc.) are owned by Halayalla.com, and by using our platform you agree to do so for its intended purpose only.

You’re not allowed to monitor, copy, scrape/crawl, download, reproduce or otherwise use anything on our platform for any commercial purpose without written permission of halayalla.com.

Your privacy is important to us. That means we’re committed to protecting and safeguarding any personal data you give us. We act in our customers’ best interest and we are transparent about the processing of your personal data.

We can’t help you book without information, so when you book an experience there are certain things we ask for. This is typically basic information such as your name, mobile number, email address, and some basic demographic information.

There are different parties integrated into halayalla.com services, in various ways and for various reasons. The primary reason we share your data is to complete your purchases with our suppliers and resellers as well as help you find better offers and experiences. We may use and share your information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • To allow the suppliers and event organizers to contact you directly.
  • To provide more personalized experience with us and recommend the most relevant things specifically for you
  • To provide you with marketing information about our products and services which we feel may interest you
  • To serve your better and answer all of your inquiries provided to customer care team
